Fishing has always been a part of my life. From the time I was eight years old, I was already casting my line into the water. But it wasn’t until I caught my first bass at a local reservoir that I fell in love with the sport. I wanted to learn everything I could about Bass Fishing, so I scoured the pages of Bassmaster Magazine for tips and techniques.

As a teenager, I started fishing bass tournaments with my father. We would spend hours on the water, trying to outdo each other with the biggest catch. When we weren’t competing, we would fish our family farm pond almost daily in the summer time with friends, trying to see who would catch the most.

After high school, I went to College for Natural Resources Management, where I learned about conservation and the importance of preserving our natural resources. However, I left school to travel and work, gaining new experiences and perspectives.

Eventually, I returned home to put down roots and start a family. And of course, I started fishing again. Now, my two sons and daughter love to fish as well, and my wife is always up for a day on the water. Fishing has become a family tradition, and I couldn’t be happier.
